Jordan, New York Β· Est. Seneca Lake Country
Handcrafted breads, curated pantry essentials, and seasonal specialties β all made from scratch each morning at the foot of the hill.
Our Story
Primrose Hill Vineyard began as a simple conviction: that the best food starts with patience, care, and a respect for what the land provides. Nestled along Cooper Road in Jordan, we draw on decades of Seneca Lake terroir to shape everything we bake and every item we curate.
Each morning, our ovens come alive before sunrise. Sourdough loaves rest for 24 hours. Pastries are folded by hand. Our pantry shelves are stocked with local honeys, small-batch preserves, and goods from neighboring farms β because we believe a well-stocked kitchen deserves the same attention as a beautifully set table.

What We Offer
Every item is made in small batches, with an emphasis on flavor, texture, and the kind of honesty you can taste.
24-hour fermented sourdough, rustic country loaves, herbed focaccia, and seasonal specialty breads β all baked fresh daily.
Butter croissants, laminated Danish, fruit tarts, and seasonal specialties β each one folded and finished by hand before dawn.
Small-batch preserves, local honey, olive oils, vinegars, and specialty goods sourced from Finger Lakes farms and artisans.
Our own vineyard labels β crisp whites, elegant reds, and seasonal rosΓ©s β paired thoughtfully with everything we bake.
Artisan cheeses, cured meats, specialty chocolates, and seasonal produce β everything you need for a memorable table.
Take our starters, flours, and baking kits home. Perfect for home bakers who want the Primrose Hill experience in their own kitchen.
The Experience
Sample our wines alongside fresh-baked bread and local cheeses. Guided pairings available by appointment.
Host gatherings, celebrations, and tastings on our grounds. We handle the food and wine; you handle the memories.
We partner with neighboring farms and artisans across the Finger Lakes to bring you ingredients at their peak.
"The sourdough here changed the way I think about bread. We drive from Rochester just for the loaves β and the wines make the trip even worth it."
